EN-505 Product Marketing Associate - Staff - San Leandro, CA (Local Candidates Only)

The leading developer of real time energy optimization software is looking to add two or three junior people to their marketing team.

No previous marketing experience is needed, but you must have a background in math or computer science AND excellent communication skills (including public speaking).

Job tasks will include interviewing engineers and product managers about upcoming products, then compiling that information for the sales and marketing teams.

You will also help create marketing collateral (data sheets, white papers, etc.), help work trade shows and user conferences, make presentations to prospective clients, and other tasks related to supporting the sales and marketing teams.

Applicants right out of college are OK, but you MUST have all of the following to qualify for these positions:

Previous education or experience in marketing is a plus, but not required. As long as you have the technical background, the communication skills and the enthusiasm, the client will train you on the marketing part of the job.
