seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer I to support

Position Summary: Electrical Engineers at Kimberly-Clark
design, develop, optimize and problem solve manufacturing
processes in a manner that meets safety and performance
expectations. The Electrical Engineer for this role will
provide design, development, optimization and problem solvin
of (insert role/ type of work). Candidates are recognized
for their theoretical engineering knowledge, fundamental
process understanding and possess the ability to effectively
interface with team members.

The incumbent reports to an Engineering Team Leader and
receives direction in the form of detail objectives. Key
customers include: (insert key customers).

Responsibilities: Lead various engineering projects with a
financial scope of up to $500 thousand. Provide design,
development and optimization of (insert product forms)
converting and manufacturing equipment and processes to
meet unit objectives. Develop knowledge and skills in
application of engineering principles and scientific
analysis. Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe
manner. Develop equipment and processes that meet safety
codes, policies and guidelines. Provide for the safety and
well being of operators, maintenance and other personnel.

Define and solve problems/ opportunities to achieve unit
objectives. Identify technical issues to determine root
cause.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or other applicable engineering degree from an ABET college or university.

  • Minimum 2.8 grade point average (GPA).

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3.0 or higher GPA.

  • 3 years of experience in an engineering role, which may include co-op or internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or in a manufacturing support role.

  • Exposure to manufacturing control systems; such as: (select as appropriate PLC’s Programmable Logic Controllers); variable speed motor drives; HMI(Human Machine Interfaces); sensors; automated inspections systems; Others.


  • Experience and/or expertise with Kimberly Clark engineering procedures and processes.df-tc
