Currently, we are seeking an outstanding Electrical Engineer IV for Beech Island, South Carolina location.

Summary:

The ideal candidate is capable of identifying complex technical issues at their root cause and having the technical curiosity to generating creative and applicable solutions. Experience to work as the interface between Engineering and Operations with proven leadership in achieving results implementing projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, design and develop, and optimize manufacturing and supporting processes
  • Technical guidance on resolution of process and equipment problems
  • Implement projects and programs to meet team objectives while effectively using resources
  • Identify complex technical issues at their root cause and have the technical curiosity and skill to generate creative and applicable solutions.
  • Assist in the development of others in your area of technical expertise.
  • Implement engineering and scientific analysis principles.
  • Apply engineering standards and procedures.
  • Document work to ensure information is retrievable.
  • Manage self in accordance with the expected behaviors of the Leadership Qualities.
  • Carry out all work ensuring effective Safety and Quality attitudes and practices.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in achieving results

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years engineering experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as with diverse teams and complete projects within required timeframes.
  • PLC-5, ControlLogix experience
  • Reliance Automax Programming and troubleshooting
  • Reliance Automax DC Drives experience
  • 1336 FORCE Drives experience
  • RSView32 experience
  • Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow Instrumentation skills
  • Honeywell TDC300 experience
  • Burner systems knowledge
  • Winder and Web-Handling systems experience
  • Paper and tissue-making experiencedf-tc
