We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to work out of our Duluth corporate headquarters. The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ERP production and test environments for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0.

Qualifications

  • Strong cross functional Great Plains Dynamics GP knowledge including Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Accounting, and Field Service.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to research transactional issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.
  • Understanding of core business process, and skills performing systems analysis and integration.
  • Ability to identify business requirements, scope projects, and design solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Organized, logical, methodical, and responsive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end users on Great Plains application (Help Desk).
  • Create SmartLists & SQL queries.
  • Review system setup and configuration.
  • Create documentation: policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.
  • Train end users.
  • Install service packs and hot fixes.
  • Perform system upgrades.
  • Load Chunk files and Packages.
  • Maintain system and user/group security.
  • Create stored procedures, and run SQL scripts.
  • Run system Reconcile and Check Links processes.
  • Install, configure, and support third party applications.
  • Document and develop new reports using SQL Reporting Services.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot FRx reporting application.
  • Create, maintain, and execute Integration Manager jobs.
  • Possess a deep knowledge of application table names and structures.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot custom Dexterity application code.
  • Develop and manage Econnect application interfaces.
  • Create and maintain application macros.
  • Recommend, and implement new business processes and procedures.
  • Manage application registration keys and software licenses.
  • Manage system change control procedures.
  • Manage relationship with Microsoft and GP Partner.
