Description
Successful and growing NYSE traded company is seeking an experienced and professional business application support analyst to cover their national help desk located in Los Angeles. Previous experience supporting ERP systems is required. Although industry experience is not essential, an ability to quickly grasp new and complex business operating models is a must. The ideal Application Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service while providing solutions, procedures, and training of the application as well as resolve common Windows PC issues on a ticket based management system. Duties also include ensuring all user inquiries are resolved or responded to in an accurate and timely manner. Individual and group training of users may also be necessary. Time will be split 80% on ERP support and 20% on PC support.This is a contract to hire position with excellent benefits upon conversion.
