Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for an ERP Developer position for a 1 month contract opportunity with a leading company in Denver, CO.

ERP DEVELOPER (Functional)
This position is responsible for the specifications, Oracle 11i OAB functional configurations (ending and building new plans with options, communications, personalization's, participation processes, close enrollment processes and self-service benefits), and testing of applications components.

o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
o Hands-on experience with set-up configurations in Oracle Advanced Benefits. Experience with Oracle Payroll and Oracle HR are a plus.
o Working knowledge of Oracle 11i integration
o General knowledge of Oracle Workflows, Fast Formulas, Alerts, or Oracle Approvals Manager
o Working knowledge of Oracle 10G database concepts
o Knowledge of software life-cycles
o Working Knowledge of Microsoft windows tools including VISIO
o Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external clients, peers, management and cross-functional areas, and to create functional documentation
o Ability to determine/refine business requirements
o Ability to manage time effectively, to work under time pressure, to meet schedules and deadlines, to multi-task, to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments, and to pay close attention to detail
o Ability to analyze
o Ability to troubleshoot
o Ability to use good judgment in evaluation and decision making.
o Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
o Problem solving skills
o Ability to develop testing criteria.
