Mastech Inc, a leading provider of Information Technology services, is currently seeking an ETL Architect. The end client is a profitable, fast growing and dynamic industry leader in the Financial industry. We offer a competitive compensation package and many growing opportunities. This is a full-time position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/ Annually

Role: ETL Architect

Role Description: The ETL Architect would need to have minimum 5 years of experience. This ETL Architect would have the experience and technical skills to engage with and manage the solution on the site and coordinate the development efforts from near and offshore solutions centers. This ETL Architect with Connexion experience would be required to complete documentation and manage the engagement within the Informatica Velocity Framework. Additionally, this candidate would be responsible for the management of onsite data analyst resources and would manage the production promotion process.

This Candidate would work with the Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) product suite, including Payment Manager, Receivables Manager, and other data translation services. Team members design and implement solutions for customer-specific implementations, enterprise-driven projects, and product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

- Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
- Prepares specifications for system changes.
- May develop systems test plan components and test scripts.
- May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
- May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Skills:

- 3-4 years in an Architect/ Lead role on enterprise data integration projects.
- Ability to lead a team of data analysts, ETL developers to meet project objectives, track status, resolve technical issues and review deliverables at every stage of the SDLC.
- 5-7 years experience with data mapping and/or analyzing EDI, XML, iDoc or similar formats/transactions.
- 3-4 years VECTOR: Connexion development experience including setups and mapping.
- 2-3 years Informatica B2B Data Exchange (fka ItemField) development.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-starter, assertive, and thorough, follows established procedures, ability to adapt to changing priority and process.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements including the definition of data translation using a source-to-target mapping concept.
- Strong relationship-building and customer partnering skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously between multiple projects.
- Ability to flourish and deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced, high demand, high profile environment.

Preferred Skills:

- MS Project, MS Visio, and TIBCO Business Studio.
- File transmission protocols.
- Informatica Velocity Framework for ETL Development.
- Working with Nearshore and Offshore Resource.
- Consulting Leadership background.
- Prefer experience in financial services or in a high-transaction processing environment.
- Creating sizing or work estimate documents.
- Working with remote/distributed work groups.
- Treasury Management Products or payment processing.
- Services Oriented Architecture environment.
- Experience writing and publishing documentation.
- Experience with scheduling and hosting meetings.

Must Have Skills:

- Must have experience as Architect level.
- Must have Informatica and Vector Connexion.
