Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking an ETL and Data Stage Client Server Developer/Programmer for a Contract-to Hire position in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience (preferably in healthcare). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of application developers.
- Overseeing multiple development efforts to which the manager will assign to various developers.
- Ensuring appropriate project prioritization of multiple projects.
- Assigning application development resources.
- Ensuring that projects are appropriately staffed and managed to deliver on time to meet the various needs of the Company.
- Ensuring reliable, timely and consistent communication of project priorities, status, timelines and deliverables to the team management.
- Developing successful team culture.
- Ensuring all departmental processes are efficiently applied.

Experience/Skills

- BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong application development experience required.
- Technical and Project Management experience required.
- Experience with ETL and Data Stage technologies is required.
- Three to five years of direct management experience required.
- Clearly demonstrated skills in areas preferred: o Data Stage o UNIX Developmento ETL o Data warehousing o Systems development/analysis
- Experience in working with off-shore development environments a plus.
