We have an immediate need for a Experienced SAP Analyst needed in downtown Houston, TX area

JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI Engineering is seeking an experienced SAP Analyst to work on client site in downtown Houston. Position hours M-F. Parking not included. Local candidates will only be considered. No per diem or relocation offered.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
. 1 - 5 years SAP HR/Payroll system experience
. Knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll query
. Bachelor's degree
. Strong knowledge in MS office including Excel and Access including importing files and manipulating data.
. Knowledge of relevant payroll, employment and income tax laws, regulations and operating guidelines
. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve payroll system problems.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Execute all system functions to ensure timely and accurate weekly payroll production, including all pre and post production processes.
. Ensure all inbound/outbound interfaces are executed timely and accurately. Troubleshoot interface issues
. Produce ad hoc reports for internal and external clients.
. Ensure all payroll/HRIM system updates, tax updates and enhancements are fully tested.
. Provide support in the documentation and training of policies, procedures and technical processes for the department.
. Team member for projects such as system conversions or implementations.
. Provide support in the year-end and quarter-end process.
