Electrical Engineer

Mid Sized Privately held Company Headquartered in Glendale, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer. Manufacturer of connectors for the Military and Aerospace industries is seeking an additional Electrical Engineer to join their team. Great work environment, fantastic Management, and wonderful opportunity to join a stable company.

Primary functions will include, but not be limited to:

--Front-end connector design
--Board design, documentation and fabrication
--Gerber file preparation
--Electrical testing
--Field application/technical support
--General, web and database programming in a variety of programming languages.
--Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:

--BS Electrical Engineering required (MS preferred)
--1-5 years work experience as an electrical engineer
--Hands on experience with board design, documentation and fabrication
--Experience with ORCAD or similar board layout tools
--Experience with Gerber file format
--Experience programming in several languages such as Matlab, Labview, C++, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Ajax, MySQL, SQL
--Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid Works
--Electrical testing experience preferred
--Field application/technical support experience preferred
