We have an immediate need for an Electrical Substation/Application Engineers.

- Electrical Substation/Application Engineer to support the customers in the design and development of protective relay systems and applications.
- Develop new application solutions with IEC61850.
- Technical support and troubleshooting on protection relays questions.
- Design and manage protection relay panel projects.
- Knowledge of ANSI standards, IEC standards.
- High Voltage, Distribution and Generation applications experience, working for Utility and Industrial customers.
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution, relay and protection; capable of designing and specifying them; able to approve and supervise the designs of other engineers.
- Technical knowledge of numerical protection relays and applications.
- Experience in relay panel design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, AutoCAD and other discipline software like Aspen and/or SKM products.
- Professional Engineer license - preferred

Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, MSEE is preferred.
Experience: Minimum two years experience in the Protection and Control Engineering field.
Some Travel: The candidate will be required to travel to project sites.
Job Location: Wendell, NC 27591.
Contract Duration: 6 month plus.
Pay rate: Open DOE.
