Electronics Test Engineer (MUST have Electronics experience)

This position will be responsible for managing testing and software quality assurance for all products in ERS' controls platform. THIS IS A DH, FT SALARIED POSITION.

Creating and maintaining test plans and test cases for all electronic controls products and peripherals

Maintain the integration test environments

Mentoring, training and managing a team of Embedded firmware testers to be located in Xi'an China.

Enter new account into Customer File Maintenance with appropriate information

Send letter to Customer explaining decision with a copy to Customer Service & Sales

Re-evaluate established credit limits when requested by either the Customer or Sales

Approve daily orders entered by Customer Service before shipping

Skills and Educational Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline

5+ years experience in firmware testing

3+ years experience as a lead or manager of software or firmware testers.

Knowledge of electronics required.

Strong test planning experience

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understand of the software lifecycle and basic knowledge of CMMI

Experience with controls systems and/or regrigeration a strong plus but not required.
