This position is a member of the Email Service & Delivery Team supporting Food and Beverage's domestic email environment. The Email Service & Delivery Team provides 2nd level support to the Help Desk and participates in an on-call rotation.

The Email Service & Delivery Team provides 2nd level support to the Help Desk for Outlook, Blackberry and wireless devices.

Provide 2nd level support to the Help Desk. This includes working problem tickets and having interaction with both internal and external clients.
Update Helpdesk solutions to resolve client issues and occasional training of help desk and end users.

Local candidates only who are currently living and working TX.
