Description
Engagement Manager with experience in managing complex projects paired with demonstrable strategic business acumen. The role requires a solid understanding of the coordination of major projects, competitive positioning, and experience in the delivery of the largest, most complex, and strategic projects for key customers. Outstanding ability to engage in high level business decision maker (pre and post sale) level discussions related to agility, business value, and relevant industry trends is required.
.Must have a passion for the customer, which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
.Must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, including pre and post sale activity. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
.The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.
.Experience within the Energy or Utility market and past P/L responsibility is highly desirable.
.Frequent travel required

Experience/Skills
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in project and consulting management
Advanced business skills and experience in the management of significant and strategic projects.
Experience within the Energy and/or Utility markets. This experience may include experience directly with an Energy or Utility company or within an organizational practice that has served these industries.
Understand stand how to leverage technology to enhance the customers' future direction.
