DESCRIPTION

Responsible for installing, supporting, incident resolution, version upgrades, and client installations related to CSA, ePO, and McAfee AV.

Other additional duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
1.Migrate host policies and rules from CSA 4.0x, to 4.5x and 5.1 to include creation of new or rewriting existing policies and subsets that are based upon Cisco's Best Practices for each version and desktop platform and associated applications.
2.Set policies based on customer, Microsoft, and third party applications criteria to include monitoring and tuning in all modes.
3.Import data from existing CSA 4.0x environment for segmentation of clients and profiles as required by either CSA 4.5x or 5.1 environments.
4.Optimize CSA 4.5x, ePO v3.5, McAfee Virus Scan 8.0.0 or greater environments, as required per manufacturer's best practices.
5.Stage CSA, ePO, and McAfee clients rollout during implementation, migrating and upgrading as required.
6.Resolve all incidents and document solutions related to client communication issues
7.Monitor CSA and ePO hosts to verify applications and clients are functioning properly.
8.Create customized deployments, extracts, and reporting from the CSA, ePO, and other SQL databases as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.Two (2) years experience within the last four (4) years with CSA 4.x or greater in implementation, tuning, backups, upgrading, fault isolation and documentation.
2.Two (2) years experience within the last four (4) years in writing CSA policies, rules and reports.
3.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years in desktop O/S, hardware, software, and Anti-Virus installations.
4.Four (4) years experience within the last six (6) years with LANs and VLANs hardware and software installation and support.
5.Two (2) years experience within the last four (4) years in scripting languages, such as Visual Basic and Wyse program languages.
6.Submit the following certifications:
a.MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator)
b.MCSE 2000 or greater certification.
