Description The Engineer will determine long-term strategy for customers' Firewall infrastructure, facilitate plans and communications to employees on product use, enhance Juniper relationship and perform discovery on whether or not customers have the right level of support, continue efforts to develop and deploy standard configuration templates, and participate in testing new requirements in the lab environment. Additionally, this consultant will support the setup and tear down of VPNs and perform troubleshooting using command line and GUI for Netscreen firewall.

Requirements:
- Juniper Netscreen Knowledge ? has to be Netscreen, not Juniper routers/switches, as the skill set is not the same.
- NSM Knowledge ? use of it to manage policies, preferably someone that has built an NSM server.
- VPN Technology Knowledge - strong knowledge of VPN technologies across multiple vendor platforms (this helps when building with 3rd parties using other vendors equipment).
- Documentation Skills ? use of Lotus Notes teamrooms and MS Sharepoint.
- Customer Interaction Skills ? great people skills, including the ability to stay calm under pressure and a thick skin to deal with belittling and demeaning personalities of the primary customer interface.
- Teaming ? must acknowledge when you've hit the technical wall and be willing to ask for assistance from peers or the vendor.
