DESCRIPTION
Manager is looking for someone who has experience working at a telecom equipment maker or telecomm service provider, doing system testing of layer 2 (Ethernet/layer 2 (IP routing) equipment. The candidate should have worked in a lab environment, with various Ethernet/IP test equipment. Also, they should be used to writing/executing test plans, etc. and also supporting the production network when technical problems arise.

The candidate will be responsible for test planning, lab environment setup, and test execution of network equipment and element management system applications that support Ethernet transport and services. Specific activities include test planning, lab setup, test execution, identification and resolution of issues discovered in testing.

  • Layer 2 Transport and Switching, Expert Required
  • System Test Experience, Expert Required
  • Software Development experience, Intermediate Required
  • EMS-NMS interface protocols, Intermediate Required
  • Layer 1 transport, Intermediate Required
