The 9370 RNC Performance Counters Service develop 9370 RNC performance counters for 9370 exhaustion, general health monitoring, and report generation for exhaust and health checks.
The 9370 RNC product is relatively new.

Description:
Work closely with Telecommunication-M personnel to determine 9370 performance counters for exhaustion and general health monitoring.
Bi-weekly status reports throughout duration of engagement
9370 Performance Counters and Reports
1.Processing of 9370 RNC Performance Counters to measure 9370 Exhaustion
2.Processing of 9370 RNC Performance Counters for General Health Monitoring
3.Generation of Reports for Exhaustion and Health Checks
9370 RNC ATM Profile Support for link profile monitoring against Capacity Objectives
1.IuCS: Measure and monitor ATMIf PVCs against the measured and projected RNC Erlangs
Including Triggers for Growth of PVCs
Against LCP, and uMGW capacities (present and future)
2.IuPS: Measure, Monitor and Report ATMIf capacity against the measured and projected throughput
Triggers for growth of link profile
3.IuR: Measure, Monitor and Report ATMIf capacity against the measured/observed capacity
Monitor the number of IuR links configured against rated capacity
4.IuB: Measure, Monitor and Report ATMIf capacity against the measured/observed capacity
Monitor ever changing IuB capacity against the 16 Port OC3 capacity configured on the RNC
Triggers for RNC or Port growth as applicable
Measure against MSN configured capacity for correct provisioning

1.Observe, Measure and Report 9370 RNC Configured Parameters Against Golden Set (Current Document)
Obtained from RNC9370 XML data extraction and/or NDER Information

Skill Experience Needed
1) ALU 9370 RNC engineering, operation & performance Expert Required
2) IuR, IuCS, IuPS link operation and theory Expert Required
3) 9370 KPIs & counters Expert Required
4) 9370 Golden Parameter Expert Required
5) UMTS/Wireless Network Theory & Operation Expert Required
6) 9370 call model flow, measurement and analysis Expert Required
7) 9370 performance management: flow control, load co Expert Required
8) ATM/IP dimensioning for capacity and metrics Expert Required
9) 5 years in wireless telecommunications Expert Required
10) Fluency in UMTS, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, TCP/IP, ATM, and Expert Requireddf-tc
