Enterprise Integration, Inc. is headquartered in Northern Virginia. Our primary focus is being the leading company in helping our client organizations plan and implement complex enterprise solutions using commercial standard software. Our strengths are: Enterprise Architectural Planning, Data Integration, and managing and monitoring implementation projects relative to enterprise solution architec¬tures, including large-scale enterprise software products and their extensions.

The ideal candidate should have experience with some kind of ERP Solution such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Lawson, Oracle, etc. within the Federal Government environment along with knowledge of the basic principles behind Business Process Analysis and Design.

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for providing architectural and integration based solutions for large complex organizations with a focus on business processes and supporting information systems. The individual will need to posses and apply exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be a flexible, team-oriented individual. The individual must be adept at providing deployable solutions and superior work results for clients in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The individual should consistently produce work at a high level of quality and timeliness. The individual must excel at working independently as well as being a member of a team, and must be willing to travel.

Essential Duties
• Develop system and process oriented architecture products for clients in accordance with an established statement of work
• Provide professional and technical advice to clients that is sound, practical and relevant to client needs
• Facilitate the growth and development of the consulting staff through active mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Further awareness of current and emerging technology best practices and issues facing our clients
• Serve as the on-site lead to support client needs in the execution of an established statement of work
• Further awareness and knowledge of leading edge technologies and the opportunities they offer to Eii’s service line
• Foster relationships with client personnel, author articles, and speak at industry conferences to assist in marketing Eii.



Experience/Skills

Required Experience
8+ years of general IT/systems experience of which at least 5 years must be specialized experience to include:
• Project execution from inception to deployment
• Advising large organizations on business process improvement and/or system integration
• Delivery/presentation of improvement recommendations to management
• Writing thorough, accurate, and clear reports and deliverables for management use
• Use of system engineering techniques such as modeling, analysis, design

Required Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent communication (listening and speaking) and facilitation skills (critical)
• Strong knowledge of best practice software/ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of advanced systems integration concepts and technologies
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and systems engineering concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of data integration concepts and technologies including metadata management, data modeling, and ETL

Educational Requirements
• BS degree in Information Systems (Technical) or equivalent plus 6 years of technical advisory services experience, or
• MS degree in Information Systems (Technical) or equivalent plus 4 years of technical advisory services experience, or
• PhD degree in Information Systems (Technical) or equivalent plus 3 years of technical advisory services experience
• Formal training in enterprise systems
• Minimum 2 years experience in best practice business process modeling and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
