Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Integration Manager to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Integration Manager leads an organization of 65 employees whom design and develop total systems solutions for our customer, a world-renowned healthcare facility. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise, which includes numerous healthcare-specific applications relating to patient data, clinical applications, and laboratory testing. Teams that report to this position include Web Development, Integration, Reporting, and QA/Automation.

Software Development-related activities typically relate to data flow between various web-based, client/server, and mainframe applications. The Enterprise Integration Manager assumes the lead role in determining project approach, decision on operating procedure, analytical approaches, and work flow. She/He also provides significant support in creating data strategy, complex analysis, client training, design reviews, and executive briefings.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of systems integration experience, with heavy exposure to systems design, data mapping, configuration management, and object-oriented programming
  • 3+ years of recent management/leadership experience in managing diverse and remote teams
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders within Perot as well as with the customer's executives. Ability to translate technical requirements into business communications.
  • Ability to mentor assigned Analysts and Specialists, challenging them for creative solutions and innovative applications
  • Prior experience working for a systems consulting company or in the healthcare sector (or preferably, both)
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading highly matrixed, virtual, leveraged teams, often motivating employees through influence
  • Experience leading projects related to four or more of the following areas: Identity Management, Integration, Web Services, SOA, WSDL, web portals, XML, SQL Server development, N-tier architecture, Object oriented analysis and design

    Desired Skills:
  • Exposure to ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, XML/XSLT, CSS
  • Exposure to Middleware products such as Intersystems Ensemble
  • Exposure to IDM solutions utilizing MIIS
  • Exposure to EPIC hospital information system
  • Experience with J2EE, Visual Studio 2005, Windows 2000/2003 Servers running MS IIS, SharePoint Portal Server 2003 or 2007

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information management or Healthcare related field
