We have an immediate need for a Enterprise Sharepoint Administrator. You will be responsible for the planning, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Enterprise-wide Windows SharePoint Server (WSS/MOSS) environment. Work with various departments and groups to define, create and manage their WSS/MOSS sites as well as the development of site templates. The Administrator will work closely with the Supervisor of Enterprise Messaging to develop a strategy for optimal use and integration of SharePoint and other collaborative tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops prototypes of proposed portal solutions, and designs and constructs those solutions for the WSS/MOSS sites.
Collects and analyzes all portal project requirements, including initial customer consultation.
Manages global rights and permissions regarding the WSS sites.
Provides operational support to SharePoint sites in the production environment.
Monitors portal usage including access, load, and usability, issues on a daily basis.
Plans and implements multiple disaster recovery strategies.
Provides training to IT operators and customers.
Acts as project manager and coordinates internal SharePoint projects.
Provides maintenance and support to the corporate web server and software tools.
Works effectively with other departments to develop inter-departmental communications in order to work through issues that span multiple departments.
Assists with the development and maintenance of InfoPath forms as related to SharePoint.
Performs other related projects and assignments as required.
Promotes effective work practices and works as a team member.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
Two (3) years experience implementing and administering SharePoint.
Two (2) years Microsoft Visual Studio .NET experience.
Two (2) years SQL server experience.
Relevant experience with SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint Portal 2003 at a professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Network and Security Principles.
Knowledge of MOSS 2007, IIS 5.0/6.0, WSS 3.0, SQL Server 2005/2008, .Net Remoting/Web Services, .Net Framework and Application Security Vulnerabilities.
Ability to read ASP, .ASP, .Net, C#, and VB Code and basic scripting ability in VB Script and/or PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint/MOSS 2007.
Ability to proofread work of others to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Strong knowledge of and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office.
Analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to technology problems.
Ability to use database software, spreadsheet, and word processing software and equipment to complete analysis and reports.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the appropriate discretion.
Ability to develop knowledge of the company's policies and procedures.
Well developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the company.
Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to technology problems.
Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
Ability to use independent judgment and discretion when making majority of decisions.
