Great permanent position with a high tech company based in the Atlanta Buckhead area!

Our client is an established software company that has developed an innovative software product line that is used by companies around the world and is known as a leader in their industry. They are searching for an individual that will be responsible for diagnosing problems, handling customer support issues, determining appropriate corrective action, escalating issues to Tier II support and monitoring issues until resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting applications that are resting on a Windows IIS Application Server and utilizing SQL Server as the database. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining .NET based applications.

This is a full time permanent role with a promising career track. Salary range is $75,000 to $85,000

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 deployments, databases, tools and the Structured Query Language.
• Experience troubleshooting applications built on Internet Information Services and the Microsoft.NET Framework
• Experience with Scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell, VBScript, etc
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, MS Visio, MS Project
• MS Windows 2003 Server
• SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services
• IIS 5.0, IIS 6.0
• .NET C# experience is a plus
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows security
