Description
Level: Director
Develops large, complex technology projects and programs that align with strategic business direction. Leads teams to support the business development and services goals and is accountable for the day-to-day work of managers and/or Senior Professionals or virtual teams. Communicates strategies across IT teams and fosters collaboration. Builds relationships with business partners to meet compliance and security regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large, complex, Information Technology projects by leading project teams to deliver business solutions and drive IT integration.
  • Lead and develop direct reports
  • Partner with business to develop new strategies and identify gaps in IT services and systems for clients. Manage client relationships by consulting on business needs, compliance and security standards.
  • Provide senior level technical consulting to IT development and support teams. Develop operational support processes to ensure tracking service level agreements, assessing security risks and maintaining, testing and auditing existing systems. Ensure compl

    Experience/Skills
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree
    • 5 Years experience in Information Technology Management

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5 - 10 Years experience in People/Personnel Management
    • 5 Years experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)
    • 5 Years experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure
    • 5 Years experience in Communication and Influencing
    • Masters Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Computer Science
    • Project Management Certification
