No relocation necessary. this is a travel job and you could be based from your current location!

This position requires a broad range of experience and expertise in user account provisioning and have a solid understanding of Epic environments. Must be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead in Epic account provisioning, advising others in security classes
2. Performs account maintenance and security tasks with high level of accuracy
3. Think independently but knows when and who to escalate the request or problem ticket in order to achieve a timely turnaround
4. Promotes teamwork by assisting other security analysts with technical questions and tasks
5. Keeps management informed of trends, significant problems and expected delays
6. Works directly with customers to attain necessary information and keeping them informed of progress on requests that cannot be resolved at initial point of contact
7. Stays informed of technology advancements, especially those that will assist with providing quality support of customers
8. Actively interacts with Security team to review and current processes and suggesting revisions to refine process

Experience/Skills Required:
*Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record application
*Strong knowledge of Active Directory account creation and account maintenance
*Undergraduate degree in computer or business related field or 5+ years equivalent experience
*Strong customer service orientation with a positive can do attitude
*Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
