Description
Exchange Administrator candidates must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field. 5+ years of direct hands-on and demonstrated experience with Exchange 2003/2007. Experience migrating Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 Server. 3+ years of experience with administering Blackberry Enterprise Server. Previous experience working in an environment with more than 1,000 employees is a big bonus. Experience with Microsoft Forefront preferred. Experience supporting RIM Blackberry and other mobile messaging solutions. Experience with Enterprise Instant Messenger. Experience with inter-networking Windows and other Operating Systems (MS-DOS, Macintosh OS, VMS. Advanced Exchange 2003/2007, Active Directory and e-mail archive. Strong troubleshooting skills when problems or issues arise with Company e-mail. In depth knowledge of messaging systems, system administration and architecture experience. Strong understanding of backup and recovery of MS Exchange. Strong analytical skills to comprehend real time production of Server performance and maintain best practices with Server functionality. MSCE+Messaging preferred.
