Average Earnings, First Year: $80,000
Experienced AE Average Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000+
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
* At least two or three years experience in business to business sales preferred; recruiting experience a plus
* Understanding of Information Technology in a business environment
* Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
* Comfort developing relationships over the phone
* Highly competitive nature
* Internet-savvy to perform targeted Internet research/searches identifying candidates to meet objectives
* Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner
