RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and support complex Java applications with multiple external integration points, and critical stabilization and performance criteria. Interact effectively with both business and internal leaders, articulating current status, obstacles, and needs. Mentor and coach other team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience with complex Java design and development for end-user business applications
* Proven strong background in end-user JAVA application design and development
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
* Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
* Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with Walt Disney End user applications within the Sales Composite
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
* Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
