Description
Digital People is experiencing an influx in Flash and ActionScript needs, and we are looking to build a solid foundation of Freelance professionals to call on as projects pop up. The ideal candidate is highly creative in interface, Flash and ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0. Able to assist the creative team to concept Flash projects including, Web sites, online advertising, presentations, games and animation. Have created dynamic and scalable interactive Flash applications. Can Assist in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production.

Candidates should have strong experience in designing and building HTML/CSS and Flash based websites. Knowledge in ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 is a must and Flex 2 is a plus.

Responsibilities
-Design and develop HTML and Flash ActionScript-based Websites and applications
-Contribute in a team environment
-Participate in strategy and brainstorming meetings for new projects
-Participate in general application design, testing and deployment with team developers


Required Skills
-Ability to conceptualize, design and engineer innovative Website and RIA interfaces
-2 years of object-orientated ActionScript 2.0
-2 years of developing dynamic XML driven Flash applications
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Flex experience a plus
-Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash)
