We are looking for AutoCad Designer who can work on a multi-year opportunity with our client in Houston, TX

Project Requirements:
Must have Facilities Design experience with Piping, HVAC, Exhaust, Electrical, and plumbing.
. Excellent with AutoCad 2008 including customizable features
. Familiar with both mechanical and electrical symbols and design guidelines.
. Familiar with plan and elevation views.
. 3-D or modeling not needed.
. Most designs are single line plans or schematic.
. Able to walk down jobs to generate as-builts and routings.

ESH Requirements:
. Training to be organized and tracked by the turnkey supplier
. Training outside Client-specific training to be paid for by turnkey supplier on turnkey suppliers own time. Client-specific training paid by Client and on Client time.
. Client Supplier Handbook to be read and understood by all contractors and their supervisors.

The following minimum training is required (not exhaustive and may be amended at any time):
. General Safety Awareness
. OSHA Required Training to perform project duties (to be determined by Contractor)
. Evacuation Training - Client-specific
. Hazcom II - Client-specific

Project Deliverables:
. Documentation of work in Autocad and Card catalog
. Route designs for approval
. Hitting deadlines on each project milestone
. Part of the team to deliver functional system installations, upgrades, and modifications specified below.

Specific Projects to be Worked during this cycle:
. MIW drain piping between RT1/2 and RT3
. Eagle tester electrical/mechanical installation
. V-series tester electrical/mechanical installation
. B2 AHU Upgrade support
. Photoresist collection station upgrade
. As-built documentation for other people's jobs
