Facility Security Officer/Program Manager - Security Officer - TS/SCI with FS Poly

Our client is looking for a Full time FSO to manage an established office. This position requires detailed knowledge of personnel security requirements and an in- depth understanding of DOD and Intelligence Community SCI security directives, instructions and standards.

What you need for this position:

- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- A detailed knowledge of personnel security requirements and an in- depth understanding of DOD and Intelligence Community SCI security directives, instructions and standards.
- 4+ years experience in the personnel security field.
- Experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).
- Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and excellent writing and briefing skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent task/team lead or project management experience
- Be proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Project and Visio
- 7-10 years of experience as a professional tech writer, with experience writing and editing Federal Government proposals
- Strong knowledge of Federal government contracting, standard Federal RFP organization, statements of work, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria
