Description
Responsibilities / Essential Functions: This person will be the primary technical and applications support contact for Cisco. The main responsibility of this position is to secure proprietary design wins across a variety of Cisco Business Units. The person will also be asked to provide regular feedback for product definition and direction including potential second source opportunities. This person will report to the Area Sales Manager, and the position will require on-site support primarily at Cisco Silicon Valley locations. Periodic travel will be required to support Cisco locations outside of Silicon Valley. Please apply to the position to get more information.

Required Skills/Coursework Desired: The ideal candidate will have: at least 10 years of analog circuit design experience, and preferably will have 3 - 5 years experience supporting customers including Cisco, as well as a professional attitude with an ability to multi-task and prioritize. The ideal candidate will be: able to build and/or modify demo boards for Cisco on a regular basis; be able to quickly and effectively troubleshoot circuits; assist with external component selection and board layout; be able to lead technical discussions and to present technical features and benefits of our products; a self motivated, team player who is able to take direction; able to effectively multiplex; an effective presenter and communicator; able to ask questions appropriately and be a good listener; and timely with required reports.
