Job Description: Works with microcomputer applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, database management systems and electronic mails. Also evaluates, installs and supports PC's, printers, graphics and storage peripherals. Adds and trains new users. Preforms backups and recovery. Experience: 2 or more years experience in the IS industry. Knowledge of client/server, network, voice data communications essential. Skill Sets: CNE or other industry certifications. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Windows 95 through XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Novell. Set-up and installation of perpheral devices, troubleshooting of connectivity and other issues.
