Requirement Description
Engagement Type: Contract to Perm

Short Description:
*Field Engineer supporting the computer equipment in the SOC. This includes PCs, printers and associated equipment.

Complete Description:
Installs, evaluates, maintains, supports and/or repairs a variety of printers, graphics and storage peripherals, PCs and fixed function terminal hardware and software. Provides full desktop support of NWA PCs at designated sites including out-state locations. Must have working knowledge of MS office (all versions) and Windows. Must possess general knowledge of networking, LANs, WANs and communications. Works as part of a diverse team of technicians and administrators and is the last level of support for troubleshooting network usage and equipment issues.

Required 3 Years Experience in:
Break fix
PC support
Customer Support
MCSE

Strong mechanical skills and customer service skills are necessary. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Will work on-call, evenings, weekends and holiday as required based on projects and support of critical equipment. 24 X 7 pager coverage is required on a rotation basis.
