Must be US Citizen, passport, TS/SCI clearance, Traval. Field Eng Support position. Linux, Solaris, Windows, Familiar with US Navy HITS System. RF systems. IP Networks

Previous related military experience
Working knowledge of IP network routing hardware
Previous hands-on experience testing and supporting electronics systems
Previous experience training operational systems
Familiarity with secure networks and secure data handling procedures
Familiarity with deployed military operations
Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems
Familiarity with geolocation systems (direction finding, time/frequency difference of arrival)
Familiarity with US Navy HITS system

The main responsibilities are:
Provide technical, training, and mission operations support for signals intelligence systems
Support customer training events
Support system installation and check-out on sensor platforms
Support technical assistance trips to customer field sites
Perform system test, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities
Provide mission operations and help-desk support for deployed assets via secure network chat and phone
Support field testing and data collection activities
Operate test equipment and computer programs to verify system operation
Work with engineering team to resolve technical issues on deployed platforms
Identify and report system deficiencies to the system development team
Provide recommendations for potential enhancements to system software, configuration, and operations
Collect and articulate customer feedback to the systems engineering team
Assist in the development of maintenance and operators manuals
Assist in the development of system training materials
Assist in the development of test plansdf-tc
