1) Drive significant profitable sales growth from proprietary design wins across a wide range of customers and applications in each market.

2) Must be able to understand and effectively communicate:

the applications that our products are used in or targeted for
the features and benefits of our products
value pricing based on those features and benefits
which of our products is appropriate for a customers application and why the differences between our products and the competitors products

3) Ability to prioritize; and a thorough understanding of value selling

4) Self motivated achiever; a team player; able to effectively multi-task; an effective presenter and communicator; able to develop effective sales and negotiating strategies; able to take direction; able to ask questions; timely with required reports; and able to keep cost of sales in line with expectations.
