Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:
The Field Services Technician configures, deploys, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports computer workstations, printers, Nurse Call devices, phones, cell phones and other computer and telecommunications devices in the Northern Arizona Healthcare network environment. He/She responds to all assigned Help Desk tickets providing professional and effective diagnosis and resolution of technical problems relating to supported Field Services devices.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledgeable in DOS, Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP Workstation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and basic PC trouble-shooting skills.
  • Experience in supporting phones, cell phones, and pagers.
  • Knowledge of Nurse Call Systems.
  • Knowledge of Code Blue Systems.
  • Experience with PC imaging software, virus protection, and inventory software.
  • Knowledge of network hardware and software.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • A+ Preferred

    On Call is a requirement of this position. You must be able to be onsite within 20 minutes of a call.
