Description

Duties:



  • Trading application support

  • Moves new software releases from development to UAT to production

  • User support and training on desktop trading applications

  • Communicate directly with traders and software development teams

  • Responsible for all documentation

  • Participate in engineering efforts to automate processes, monitor systems and improve software management


Requirements:



  • 4+ years experience in MS Windows Server and Desktop environment

  • 2+ years experience with Unix (Red Hat Linux a plus) and MS SQL Server

  • Trading industry experience required

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
