My client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of a comprehensive array of networked and integrated fire alarm and suppression, security, and communications systems.

Job Description: This position can be based anywhere in the Western United States near a major airport. 40-50% Travel...work out of home based office, company car, bonuses.
The primary function of this position is to assist in the formulation of business development strategies, implementation of customer financing programs, development and execution of financial services sales training, the pricing and negotiation of financing agreements, and district/sales representative/
account - management.
Responsibilities:
Formulate detailed business development/financial services strategies, milestones, and action plans that facilitate incremental revenue for the company in a manner consistent with corporate goals.
Develop customer financing, business development performance measures. Establish objective measurements and evaluation methods based
on past, present, and expected performance of the financial services operation.
Evaluate emerging customer financing opportunities. Properly align with the Operations Sales Management team to assess growth
opportunities in specific district operations, customers or vertical markets. Provide analysis and implementation plans on capturing and increasing
new lease order originations.
Assist in identifying, developing, and recommending integrated internal marketing program targeting the company's Sales
Representatives, in an effort to raise the awareness, understanding and use of the company's financing programs.
Responsible for pricing, negotiating and closing large life safety system lease contracts.
Explore new business in the commercial, municipal and GSA business segments. Identify contacts and begin discussions to integrate
financing plans.
Perform ongoing sales training focused on how to sell financial solutions
Perform other duties and special projects as directed.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or finance
Experience: Over 7 years of leasing or business development experience with a Fortune 500 type business.
Other: Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be analytical, insightful, possess
excellent planning skills, and a thorough business knowledge. Prior business development and customer financing experience desired.
