What you need:

- Excellent development skills and experience in Flash Lite 2 or 3.
- Experience developing user interfaces for TV set-top boxes, wireless touch screen
devices, mobile phones, or kiosks in the consumer electronics field or related.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time on aggressive timelines.
- Able to perform well in an agile environment.
- 7+ years of related experience
- BS or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with performance optimizations and tuning of Action Script for Embedded environments.

- Experience developing interfaces based on UI design and usability feedback.
- Understanding of Flash Lite, XML, Sockets, APIs and how they are used in network
communications.
- Knowledge of energy management techniques, energy analytics, grid management software, electric rate structures or carbon calculations.
- Localization and Internationalization of Flash content.
- Development experience in Flex or applications in BREW
