- Excellent Development skills with Flash & Action Script 2.0 and 3.0
- Strong understanding of Flash Architecture
- Working experience leading development teams in Flash or an ability to do so
- Strong understanding of OO Programming
- JavaScript
- MYSQL
- XML
- Understanding of Flash Design
