Flash Banner Designer - Interactive Ad Agency

If you are a Flash Designer with a strong background designing high quality banner ads and are looking to work for a growing interactive ad agency around the Burbank, CA area. read on!

Who we are:

We are an expanding interactive ad agency with a focus in the entertainment and gaming realm and are looking for an experienced Flash Designer/Developer that loves to squeeze art and animation into a 45k banner. We are currently searching for someone with a solid working knowledge of Flash as well After Effects. You will be designing and programming Flash banner ads for high profile clients. This will include concepts for rich media ads and specialty units. You will work with an Art Director to come up with your concepts. You'll need to know how to work with rich media partner tools (ie DoubleClick, EyeWonder, Eyeblaster, Pointroll, etc.) and be comfortable Scripting AS2 and AS3 within the vendors API.

What you will be doing:

Concept and execute motion design for Flash experiences and banner ads.
Work closely with the Creative and Art Directors to concept and develop Flash projects for Web sites, online rich media ad units, presentations and other animations.
Transform static layouts and concepts from Art Directors' Photoshop files into dynamic final animations.
Contribute to the creative process.
Create comps and animations that outline in further detail campaign concepts.
Explore creative a solution for technical challenges that may arise.
Help create a seamless process and identify when process can be improved.

What you need for this position:

2+ years of Flash design and development experience
2+ years designing Flash banner ads
Knowledge of vector and bitmap graphics and their affects on file sizes.
Ability to set up assets for multiple ad banners sizes and formats, while conforming to rich media provider specifications (Eyewonder, Pointroll, Eyeblaster etc.).
Keen eye for design and motion while paying attention to details.
AS2 and AS3 Scripting knowledge.
