Flash Designer/Developer

FLASH DESIGNERS/DEVELOPERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Aquent has immediate openings for talented and energetic Flash designers/developers available within smaller niche marketing/advertising agencies as well as larger corporate clients. These positions range from freelance, contract to potential permanent placements.

 
Candidates will be familiar with web development life cycles, have a basic understanding of HTML, and be able to juggle several projects at a time including website, banner and online campaign development.

 
Candidates will also have a good understanding of design, color, sound and text objects. Attention to detail is crucial!

-           Strong work ethic and attention to detail

-           Did we mention attention to detail?

-           Demonstrated creativity and ability to concept independently

-           Ability to execute and work within established brand guidelines

-           Experience with ActionScript a huge plus

-           Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

-           Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL a plus

-           Strong communication skills

-           Ability to work well under tight deadlines and constantly changing client deliverables

-           Must be able to originate new concepts, strategies or innovative approaches to assist in the creative process and execution of deliverables

-           Must work and communicate in a team environment and manage high-volume projects

-           Comfortable on both MAC and PC.
