CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a Flash Designer!

The ideal candidate will be an expert in ActionScript 2.0 development with 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio of applications showing large-scale/enterprise usage of Flash and significant code re-use. The successful candidate will work directly with company founders and a talented small team of engineers to aggressively design and develop interactive and dynamic applications. Strong problem solving and communications skills are required as well as multitasking.

As Flash Developer you will:
-Participate in new product prototyping
-Work hands-on in the development of web applications (Flash/XML)
-Provide technical guidance during product planning and development
-Build functioning and Flash demos for prototyping and presentations
-Enhance UI of proprietary backend applications and corporate websites

Requirements:
As the team will work on a wide variety of topics, a successful candidate should be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Flash with particular expertise in several of the following areas:

-Advanced experience with Flash Action Script 1.0 and 2.0
-Intermediate experience with XML
-DHTML and JS experience required
-Flash/JavaScript interactions
-Interaction Design
-Online portfolio showcasing examples of applicable work

Preferred Requirements:
-2-4 years of web development experience
-Online advertising standards experience a big plus, but not a requirement
-Comprehend large systems while remaining attuned to the fine details
-Photoshop and Illustrator experience also a plus
-Attention to detail and craftsmanshipdf-tc
