3+ years Web design experience
Solid knowledge of design principles
Experience in creating user interfaces
Proficient in Flash
Solid knowledge of Web production (HTML)
Understanding of action Scripting
Knowledge of XML, 3-D Modeling, and After Effects is helpful
Experience with PHP, ASP, etc. is a plus
Experience with print design a plus
