Description
Position Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Flash programmer. The candidate will work with project managers and the creative staff to design and develop Flash applications and components for use in web-based applications.

Job Duties
-Work closely with project managers, other developers, and programmers to produce high quality Flash programs
Create and develop for multiple projects with tight deadlines
Develop and implement Flash engines for web applications
Develop event driven Flash applications employing dynamic database driven content for commercial and government Web sites, and other communications solutions


Required Skills

Five years experience preferred or heavy short-term experience
Advanced knowledge of Macromedia Flash programs (i.e. AS 2.0, XML)
Must be comfortable in a growing, dynamic company environment.
Strong knowledge of the Web and Object Oriented design principles with strong conceptual development and implementation
Detail-oriented, ability to work independently and in a group
Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity

Desired Skills

1+ years of experience with Flash Remoting, Flash Communications Server, RPC, .NET in C#
Understanding of database back-end software

Samples of previous Flash work will be required for candidate to be considered.
