Experience/Skills
Requirements:

Must have 3 + years of good VB skills and Flash technologies
Working with VB applications
Must have experience modifying existing application and enhancing current applications in Flash; Flash ActionScript; Code Fusion programming (communicating to their ODBC database)
Must be able to identify, recommend, implement, and maintain new and existing technologies.
Proven troubleshooting ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
User interface design experience (please provide links or screen shots of examples)
