* Are you high skilled in SOAP and CSS technology?

What we need:
A mid to senior level Flash programmer with outstanding ActionScript and Flex skills to work on a market-leading education program. You will work with the content authors, instructional design team, and other programmers to craft the student learning experience. As a key contributor, you will tackle the most technically challenging aspects of the project, set standards, and research and recommend new technologies. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, innovative, and have a track record of taking initiative within a small team environment.

What you must have to qualify:
3 years working in E-learning development/web application development (HTML/Javascript).
* 4 years experience with Web-related skills, including Internet browser-compatible programming expertise in one or more server side Scripting languages.
A solid Flex programmer with at least 2 years experience working with Flash and ActionScript.
Strong CSS skills
B.A./B.S. degree in computer science, multimedia, or other relevant field and solid technical experience.
Expertise in event handling differences per browser
Familiarity with popular frameworks (Prototype/jQuery)
1 or more years working with Flex framework.
Flash/Javascript communications (External Interface, etc)
Component skinning
Data binding
Using Web services (SOAP/XML)
E4X
Event handling

Nice to have skills:
- Graphic (Photoshop) and illustration (Illustrator) aptitude, including experience using paths, gradients (Vector-based drawing)
- Some familiarity with C , OOP
Creating Flex Components
Ability to create UI Components using Flash's toolset
Experience with unit testing and UI testing (FlexUnit/FlexMonkey or similar)
