Job Responsibilities:

* Turn flat merchandising promotion designs into dynamic and interactive flash functionality.
* Create XML-driven flash widgets and functionality.
* HTML production of advanced page layouts, promotional elements, and email campaigns. Utilize advanced development skills (JavaScript, DHTML, XML) to accomplish business or marketing goals on the website.
* Utilize vendor-specific active scripting languages to support third-party-platform-hosted web sites and applications.
* Research and planning of best approaches to development for a particular project; when necessary, the articulation and documentation of technical specifications; when necessary, work with back end developers or third party partners to flush out integration points and methods.
* Provide input and help drive web dev best practices including environment / configuration management, code management, coding standards, version control, validation, etc.
* Accurately translate design concepts produced by web designers into Flash & HTML.
* Effectively manage content development with JTVs existing Content Management System (CMA); help other developers with project execution using the CMA.
* Effectively manage Client's processes and utilize standard operating procedures. Insure that other developers are following Client's standard operating procedures.
