Description
We have an immediate opening for a Flash Multimedia developer. In this position you will develop training modules for e-Learning programs which are stored in SumTotal Learning Management System (LMS). These on-line training programs are utilized by both existing and newly hired employees. For training purposes you will sync audio with Flash programs, improve PowerPoint presentations and convert some PowerPoint applications to Flash programs.

1+ year of Flash Multimedia programming experience is required. Any experience, knowledge, or training on e-leaning or Computer Based Training (CBT) programs is desired. Any experience with an LMS system, such as SumTotal, Click2Learn, or Docent LMS is a plus! Mortgage industry experience is also a plus to have for this position. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, team player attitude and a strong work ethic for this position.
