What you need for this position:

- Flex
- Rich Internet Applications (RIA's) with Flash and Flex
- ASP.NET/VB.NET
- Integrating Flash/Flex with ASP.net applications.
- XML, XSLT, Web Services
- JavaScript, VB Script, HTML
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Preferred
- Working in an Agile/Scrum team
- Industry experience

What you'll be doing:

- Develop high volume Web applications.
- Develop critical, customer facing, applications.
- Participate in team estimation and design meetings.
- Be involved in all levels of the software development life cycle
